NEET UG 2023: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit cards for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate or NEET UG 2023. Aspirants can download their admit cards from the official website of NEET, neet.nta.nic.in, using their application number and date of birth.
NEET UG 2023 admit cards carry essential information such as the name and address of the examination centre, roll number, and reporting time. Candidates must reach the exam venue on or before the reporting time mentioned on their admit card.
The admit card also includes vital instructions such as the dress code, items allowed and prohibited in the exam hall, and other guidelines. Additionally, the admit card may have a self-declaration form that candidates need to fill in with their health status and travel history.
Candidates can fill in the self-declaration form at home, but they must sign it in the presence of an invigilator at the exam centre. On the exam day, aspirants need to carry a printout of their admit card, photographs as instructed, and other necessary documents. It is mandatory to print all the pages of the admit card on A4 paper in colour.
After the exam is over, candidates must deposit their admit card and pages used for rough work in the drop box provided at the exam centre. Bringing these outside the exam hall is strictly prohibited and may lead to disqualification.
NEET UG 2023 is a pen-and-paper based test conducted in 13 languages. The duration of the exam is three hours and twenty minutes, and candidates have to attempt 180 questions carrying a total of 720 marks.
